Grace is currently pursuing a Master of Public Health degree at the University of Pittsburgh School of Public Health. She earned a B.S. in Psychology from the University of Pittsburgh. Her undergraduate thesis examined the effects of worry on cognitive control. At the ANDP lab, she administers fMRI scans, behavioral tasks, and questionnaires to participants for the DRIVE study. She also works on Dr. Kristen Eckstrand’s PANDA study recruiting participants and guiding them through study procedures. Her research interests include causes of and treatments for depression and anxiety in LGBTQ+ people. She has worked in a variety of research environments, including with the Center for Adolescent Rewards, Rhythms, and Sleep (CARRS). When she’s not studying or working on a research study, she can be found shopping for a new vinyl record to add to her collection or playing with her two cats.
